Dillibabu – Thukkaram (a) Methilash is the Founder and Managing Director of Empire Precast, bringing strong technical expertise and international exposure to the Indian precast construction industry.

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Precast Construction Technologies from Europe, where he specialised in advanced precast design, manufacturing processes, and execution methodologies aligned with global best practices.

Prior to founding Empire Precast, he served as Project Manager at SIA Facta Building, Europe, where he led complex precast projects and gained extensive hands-on experience in delivering large-scale, high-precision construction solutions.

In 2016, he established Empire Precast with a clear vision to introduce world-class precast solutions to India.

He is recognised as a Chennai Corporation Licence Survivor, having successfully navigated one of the most stringent municipal approval processes in the region. This reflects his resilience, regulatory expertise, and unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
